Chiseled Post hole #13 about 8” deep. Don't need to go too far since this is fairly solid bedrock; enough to lock in the PVC anchor.

The anchor is in line with posts 12 and 11 and also post #7. |

It carries this end of the joist that runs to posts 12 and 11. It also supports another joist that runs to posts 16 and 18.
