Got some furniture: a glass top tubular kitchen table,

window blinds,

floor mats, wicker bureau, mattress,

wall to wall racks (here & in the bedroom).

Fully distorted rear composite: “A day in the life...”

The cardboard wall here will be plied further down.

Before the sink.

After the sink. That's Hannah's painting (my sister).

Insulated door stop.

Stick-on V-channel insulation.

Stick-on tubular insulation.

Double layer: one on the frame & one on the window.

With rain outside & breathing inside, condensation

collects on the cool metal. The sponge has to be

wrung into a bucket periodically.

The open window clears the air but also looses heat.

Trying for close-ups of those elusive but continuous

drips. My fear is that it may be more then just

moist air (see “ The Roof 2003 “).

The deteriorated paneling was removed last year.

Found that I had installed the insulation backwards

30+ years ago. Reversed and/or replaced it (here).

Then cut new sheathing from the ¼” plywood that

had rejuvenated the interior of the front door.

Still need to sheath the corners and frame the windows.

Temporary insulation in the front vent and

the rear. (That's corrosion on the brass screen;

not dirt.)
